The web site has been structured into 7 basic sections (1) Home Page: The page where you use the form to post your comment, idea or concern. All fields must be filled.
(2) Confidentiality: If you wish your concern not to be published but brought to the attention of the Board of Directors, simply check the "Confidential" box
(3) New Ideas & Comments: This page shows the posts that members have submitted – and you can comment on any post shown by simply going to the home page to post your response.
(4) Shareholders Concerns: This page shows the particular concerns shareholders have and wish to make known publically. Again, to respond to any post go to the home page, list the post name you are referencing and state your comment
(5) Members List: Members name and email address
(6) How This Website Works: Explains the simple steps on how to participate and communicate using the website as a tool.
(7) Archives: At the start of each month, the previous posts will be found in the archives section. This will eliminate the need to scroll to eternity to read a post from the previous month. The current month will only show posts for that month.
Posting Any shareholder can make a submission which will be edited for inappropriate language or possible slander before it is posted. The spirit of this web site is to communicate to all shareholders in a positive and constructive manner. Any shareholder who submits a post will automatically be added to the members list. If you do not want to be on the member list, simply make a post requesting to be removed.
All members on the members list receive periodical “alert” emails informing them of new members and recent posts to the web site.
